One thing the pandemic brought by the bushels, is a real appreciation of beautiful things and taking the time to make the most of every detail when you can. This AH-mazing front door style by Monica Lavin does exactly that with an awe-inspiring front porch (I mean, can you imagine!?) This styled shoot took place at the ever so charming Black Banks at Saint Simons just next to Sea Island, Georgia.
When Pottery Barn asked for ideas I reached out to collaborate with the talents of the most adorable stylist ever, Monica from Lavin Label. When she brought her own florist along to show us a thing or two we were surprised and happy because they took it all up a level... I mean like, NEXT level. Trust me, I took my sister Amanda along and we were taking allll the notes!
As you can see in the excerpt below, The Vine added a whimsical touch that proves a neutral palette can be anything but boring. See the full post captured by Kelli Boyd on the Lavin Label blog.

FRONT DOOR INSPIRATION
Refresh your Front Porch for Fall with Pottery Barn
From Lavin Label: "I was lucky enough to be asked to style a fall-inspired photo shoot for Pottery Barn with Christy from Colonial House of Flowers! Of course, I said yes and so the planning began. To help with the floral design, we asked the talented women at The Vine Garden Market. The wreaths are jaw-dropping; the deep purple Amaranthus, Rose Hips and English Roses really bring the entire fall-inspired look together.
I chose to incorporate the Wyeth Recycled Glass Lanterns from Pottery Barn’s fall collection to bring out my neighbor’s rustic wood doors and the bronze gas lanterns! The Vince Metal Clad Accent Stool not only adds the right amount of texture + height but also plays well with the different elements in the wreath.
