Bud Vases
My personal go-to is a whimsical display of flowers in bud vases. Although this pulls off a garden party aesthetic easily it can also be used for elegant affairs. The trick to the versatility for this arrangement is the bloom and container choices. I recommend a mix of flowers from your yard and flowers from a florist. I like to use different heights and textures for a from-nature look. The more shapes and styles you use the more organic look you'll achieve. You can use thrifted or heirloom vases . We have a variety to choose from in our shop, here.

Fronds & Greenery
A simple, organic way to achieve a summer look is to look for greenery that's seasonal. There's a lot this time of year! This look is beautiful when you use an array of containers. You can think outside the vase to use ice buckets, tumblers, and glasses and use different materials like glass, wood or metal. Feel free to use dramatic heights or wildflower blooms for a garden-style look. The Woodland Wood Ice Bucket from Park Hill Collection works well with flowers since it's made to hold water. Peony Perfect
Peonies are always worth oogling over, if you ask me. They're one of the most loved flowers here at Colonial House of Flowers and for all the right reasons--- they're so darn gorgeous! You can easily create a pretty summery look by placing blooms in bottles. Feel free to use long and short stems. If you are wondering what to do with the bloom or two that fall off, floating them in bowls is absolutely in theme. Check out Style Me Pretty's DIY Flower Arrangement: Peonies, 3 Ways for great tips.
